CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE

Carrollwood Village is a wonderfully established neighborhood spread over 11.7 square miles of lush landscaped areas and conservation preserves. Carrollwood Village is divided into three residential phases. Each phase is governed by a separate Homeowners Association. VISTA Gardens opened to community memberships in Fall 2014 with 6 plots and 10 active members. Today they have 76 plots with over 85 active memberships.
