LEXINGTON OAKS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

 

Lexington Oaks Golf Club is an 18-hole championship layout located in the booming area of Wesley Chapel in Pasco County. The Lexington Oaks golf course boasts several exciting features, including a multitude of lakes and wetlands that add challenge and character to the playability of the course while providing a unique blend of holes due to varying landscape configurations.

 

Located within the sprawling Lexington Oaks community on SR 54, one mile west of I-75, Lexington Oaks Golf Club was opened in January 2000. This 6,748-yard course was designed by Gordon Lewis, a Naples-based architect, known for producing outstanding designs for both public and private courses throughout the world. Four sets of tees make the course challenging for all skill levels.

 

The Lexington Oaks Golf Club also includes The Oaks Restaurant, featuring a complete lunch menu, as well as a full bar, with beer, wine and mixed drinks. It is the perfect place for a quick bite before starting your round, a sandwich at the turn, or dinner after you finish. The friendly staff is there to ensure that you are never hungry or thirsty for very long. After your round, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and have a drink with your friends.

 

Lexington Oaks CDD has a 3,016 square foot Community Center that with two main rooms. One which is used to conduct meetings and is equipped with an overhead projector and whiteboard for presentations. Local civic organizations frequently make use of these facilities for meetings.

 

The community center also features a large heated pool in the winter months. The Community Development District(CDD) maintains the pool reserve to keep the pool area functional and attractive at all times. Handicapped access is available, if needed. The CDD is also planning the construction of a state of the art splash pad for the kids, for 2018.

 

Lexington Oaks also features a 2,400 square foot fitness center. The Fitness Center contains state of the art fitness equipment, including several treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines and free weights. Just outside the Fitness Center, there is a covered outdoor yoga pad. The facility is controlled access and accessible 24 hours a day.

 

When it comes to recreational sports, Lexington Oaks has it all. The Lexington Oaks CDD owns and maintains a variety of facilities for almost every enthusiast. This includes a full length outdoor basketball court, well maintained tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and two fields for soccer. Additionally, there are several miles of paths for walking, running, or biking.

 

Lexington Oaks has a large playground apparatus and parents will like the fact that the outdoor facility is fenced in with a security access gate. The playground features a padded surface. The playground is comfortably nestled just behind the Community Center.

 

Conveniently located right outside the Shoppes of Wesley Chapel and within 20 minutes to excellent shopping at The Shoppes at Wiregrass, the New Tampa Premium Outlets, countless restaurants, hotels, recreation and multiple medical facilities.
